Freya left for her new home in Payette, Idaho yesterday where she'll join about 20 other mules and horses. Her new owner seems extremely confident and she'll get some good handling.

Just finished reading 'Remarkably Bright Creatures' by Shelby Van Pelt - who knew an octopus could narrate some of the story?? Inventive and sweet.

My first coaching call with Myndlift was routine. I need to develop my 'calm' brainwaves so have 2 strategies. The activities are not super interesting, but maybe calm is also boring?! The graphics are very basic - here's a screenshot - I'm controlling the running alien on the right with my brain!

I ordered a Muse EEG headband and enrolled in Myndlift for 3 months or at-home neurofeedback training. Tomorrow is my first coaching call. We'll see if it's worth it. I'm previewing it to see if it might be also helpful to Tim.

Walla Walla gets amazing light as the sun sets! Even my old iPhone makes the valley look gorgeous!
