This is very real and will affect generations of Americans. This is not a surprise, not surreal, and for the life of me, I do not understand how so many Americans still do not comprehend what is happening right in front of our faces and are ok with it! That’s the only surprise here.

IMHO calling your electeds is akin to throwing yourself against a brick wall for all the impact it has. I say make your grievances public. They will still ignore you especially if you don’t live in their district, but calling them out has a solid impact. See how they run for cover?

Agreed. This idea that electing an “outsider “ will improve anything is idiotic. Institutional knowledge is absolutely better than the novice.
