Tried a new recipe, Indian Split Peas w/Vegetables. A lot of clean up! Pretty tasty, but my lips are burning a little. I DID remove the seeds from the jalapeño‘s. 🤣

In case any other dieter’s want to know, 1/4 cup of unshelled peanuts is 170 calories. That’s 25 shelled peanuts. Bag of shelled only listed calories for unshelled. Now you know. 🤣

Picked up some new books. 'On Tyranny' is from Amazon. The other two I got today from Five Below store for $5 each. Might be good holiday gifts for your Maga Family, lol.
