I’m 71. In May I was going to take one of the dogs out for a walk. And I left my phone in the living room. As I was going out the back stairs I slipped because they were wet. I fell and broke my ankle. So I’m in the concrete calling my husband, who doesn’t hear me. And then I felt my wrist buzzing

My husband was diagnosed with celiac quite sometime ago. It has gotten so much easier with labeling the way it is now. And gluten free food tastes so much better.
