There are absolutely design problems and the public areas at large are nowhere near where they need to be to be truly accessible. I disagree with the ‘people faking it aren’t part of the problem’.

I hear you on this. My daughter is disabled and flying sucks. What I am afraid of happening is similar to the service dog issue, and stealing or borrowing parking permits- people faking the need make it worse for those in real need. Would I ever monitor or question someone? Hell no.

The problem is the one way use. Two things can be true at the same time- not all disabilities are visible AND people unfairly take advantage of rules to board early.
