I notice their definition of child in the bill is anyone under 13. First of all.. no kids under 13 should have access to the internet unsupervised ANYWAY. No kid under 13 can HAVE a social media by all platforms' TOS. The internet is not their babysitter or caretaker. This is absurd. F this bill.
