I have just left Twitter after many years. Elderly in years but hopefully not in mind. Have adult children and school-age grandchildren. Care and fear for their futures. Happy the Tories are no longer warping our democracy, but fear fascist rumblings.
I remember seeing a video of the Trump family apparently observing the rioting on that day and one of his daughters -in-law cheering them on saying "fight, fight, fight". Does anyone have evidence to support this memory?

Boomers reflect a cross section of belief systems like the population as a whole. The right wing media is able to magnify their message, and this age group actually vote. Boomers like me are not the majority. The remedy is to educate and persuade the younger generations that it is vital they vote.
