We've been sailing a steady course in the "351-400" waters for the past few years.

The breahtless press releases are only for those in single number territory.

Pretty amazing what a lick of paint and some TLC can do for property values. The house below is currently on the market for a staggering €795,000

The house 4 doors down sold for €335,000O in 2021.

Google maps suggests that this property has been unoccupied since at least 2009.

Today, outside Páirc Uí Chaoimh, cyclists to the #CorkTipp match were being stopped from using (the very limited) bike parking facilities. 🤦‍♂️

Does Ireland have a housing crisis? It's hard to tell sometimes.

These council houses in Cork city have been boarded up for over a year now.

Structurally sound, mature estate, near schools, shops, sports facilities etc.

It says a lot that the council is happy to sit on them.

Any chance we could encourage the Cork County Board to step up to the plate also?

If we want to increase the number of clinical trials taking place in Ireland, we need to resource them.

Central to this is access to trial statisticians
