The start of what I'm hoping will be an all-time favorite series of mine. Explores the origins of a young man that would one day go on to commit one of history's worst atrocities and I'm fascinated to see how we get there from where it starts

A fun superhero story that hooks you from beginning to end with a very lovable cast of characters. It'll be a shame if there aren't more stories set in this universe because the potential is massive. A must-play if you're a fan of Telltale-style games

Digimon Story: Time Stranger

Not only the greatest Digimon game ever but the apex of Digimon as a franchise overall; embodying everything there is to love about the series. A must-play for fans and newcomers alike. Rpg of the year contender. More than worth the 10 year wait.

Dandadan Season 2

I didn't like this this nearly as much as season 1 because it spent way too much time on a character/arc I do not care for. Thankfully it got back on track in the second half and I'm looking forward to more. Will likely read the manga now.

Chainsaw Man: The Movie -Reze Arc

Great adaptation of a great arc with some standout music & solid cinematography. They brought Reze to life perfectly and set up some perfect future reveals for the series. Was hesitant on the idea of making this a film but I'm glad they did

Pokemon Legends Z-A

Carried by its new battle system and the return of Megas but it's still a fun breath of fresh air for the series. Was very unimpressed w/ the story at first but by the end the characters made it serviceable. A small step in the right direction for pokemon

Dune Part 1

One big setup for part 2. Really takes its time to establish the universe and I actually respect that in the modern age of hyper-pacing. Knowing what comes next i don't mind it but I could see why someone would call this boring. Also costumes designs were amazing

War of the Worlds

This may actually be the worst movie I've ever watched. A movie so bad that it rebounds its way into being entertaining as a hilarious comedy. How anyone involved didn't feel embarrassed releasing this is beyond me. Watch it with friends. Youll die laughing

Dune Book 1

A very unique setting with a story carried hard by its main character and the potential he has to change the galaxy through violent revolution. Pacing issues around the middle but the ending left me satisfied. Not sure if I want to continue the series yet though.

Really good animation and a lot of charm. Takes a long time to get going but once it does it's pretty good from that point on. Hope the 2nd movie can keep that momentum going.

Pokemon Concierge Season 2

Just as heartwarming as the original episodes. Loved every second and it made me a sealeo fan. So much heart packed into 4 episodes. I would never complain about more of this if they want to keep making it, but if this is it then I'm happy.

Final Destination: Bloodlines

Dumb in all the right ways. The creators knew this and created a movie so ridiculous in its execution that it ends up being laugh out loud hilarious at times. A couple deaths are not for the squeamish and the ending was 10/10 fanservice.

Kpop Demon Hunters

Fun straightforward movie that got a lot of laughs out of me. Not usually a fan of modern pop, Korean or otherwise, but the music in this was pretty good. Really pleasing animation on the eyes too.
