Plus, there's a funicular, a cable car and old timey trams - what's not to love?

Growing up, my parents discouraged me from doing any remotely extreme sport in case of injury which would affect my ability to practice piano/violin.
Now, in my thirties, I've decided to learn to skate and it's so thrilling starting so slowly and seeing progress bit by bit as I get less scared ☺️

For a beautiful hour and a half we adopted a cat on Aegina who guided us to the Temple of Aphaia on the hill. Once we'd reached the gate he said goodbye and we never saw him again 🥹
