Been using the "Home Workout - No Equipment" app on Android for the last 6-7weeks now, noticed an improvement, bit as fast as I'd like, but it's a slow process isn't it.

Anyone else use this app, what results are you seeing?

Why is it so difficult to find men's work shirts/trousers at stores in the UK?
The men's clothing range is always crammed in the corner of the shop and is only a few items.
Two colours of shirt, which are all the wrong size, a couple of trousers to pick from, also all the wrong size :/
