Merfolk Assassin from The Dark. Although Lord of Atlantis from Alpha has also since been errata'd to be a Merfolk.
The Magic the Gathering card "Merfolk Assassin". It is an uncommon 1/2 blue Merfolk Assassin creature from the set The Dark with a mana cost of two blue mana. It has no flavor text and it's rules text reads "Tap: Destroy target creature with islandwalk."
