No, those are more red than purple- my father gets them and now I do after I’ve received treatment for melanoma which thins the skin. I have had IVs put in many times over the last few years - I would say those are IV sites not from “handshakes” as he has one on the left hand as well.

3 jobs (2 part-time) did not qualify for student loans. My parents had to cosign a loan for me at 13% interest and this cost me more than the previous 3 years combined. My husband saw my social security statement once and pointed to some years, asked “what happened here?” and I said “Republicans”
