All it takes for a mostly sane mind (mine, I think) to go completely insane (also mine) is spending hours reading policy docs and government action plans while asking why is this happening—the comical bureaucratic absurdity makes you doubt reality. (Really.)

Being a responsible thirty-something is three days of virtuous calorie-counted protein-packed dinners, shooing away those 10:30pm cravings because ‘health is everything’—only to cave completely on day four because ‘self-love’ and ‘kindness to yourself’ are apparently also everything?
