This is just embarrassing

You should be condemning what the United States did.

They kidnapped a leader of a foreign country
They broke international laws.

What is peaceful about bombing Venezuela and killing people and kidnapping?

You are clearly in fact not interested in upholding international law.

This statement should be a clear condemnation of the US illegal military actions against the Sovereign territory of Venezuela.

Who would you have not taken for him?
Personally I'd say Bennington but he was always gonna be on the team due to Armstrong and Four nations.

Kiss of death.

Also kind of reads to me he is not allowed to fire Berube.
December 23, 2025 at 8:04 PM
Yep that's a kiss of death if I have ever seen one.

You are assuming there will even still be elections at that point....
December 9, 2025 at 1:01 AM
I thought it was gonna be called a high stick for sure.
November 16, 2025 at 1:42 AM
Hmm . Ok.

To be clear I despise Ford and would love for him to finally be held responsible for him actively trying to destroy this Province.
November 16, 2025 at 12:36 AM
"But the blow to consumers will be cushioned as Premier Doug Ford’s government hikes the province’s largest taxpayer-funded hydro rate subsidy to 23 per cent. That will see the province spend billions next year to bring down the cost of electricity for ratepayers."
November 15, 2025 at 11:13 PM
But most people won't notice it because of the increased rebates, and why the rebates keep going up

They know if people have to actually pay more out of pocket for increased hydro rates, Fords days are finally numbered

Well if we have learned anything from speed cameras.

Vandalism works.. just sayin ..

I didn't even think he was eligible for LTIR.

Sigh

But why did the government choose to act against the union and not force Air Canada to live up to its legal obligations to get people home.
August 19, 2025 at 5:24 PM
No it prolonged it.
Might not even have gotten to a strike at all.

The strike wasn't a threat to Air Canada as it is supposed to be.
They were counting on the government to bail them out, as they did.
August 19, 2025 at 5:21 PM
The government fully had a choice.
Air Canada was fully counting on the government intervention so they didn't bargain in good faith. Once the Union didn't play along (and the Government announced they would probe unpaid hours) then Air Canada was forced to negotiate and actually reached a deal
August 19, 2025 at 4:07 PM
But this was, very importantly, NOT legislation.

Was just an order from the Minister, using a section of the Canadian Labour Code, to the Canada Industrial Relations Board to end the strike and order binding arbitration. The big issue is does the Minister even have that authority under that section

Holy Fuck.

He actually admitted that they were just waiting for the government to step in.

Unbelievable.

He needs to be reminded that the Supreme Court said striking is a Charter Right.

This CUPE member is in full support.

So interesting thing
Toronto categorized theirs as Police Constable.

So your list isn't including Toronto Cops.

At one point I saw someone try to do some math on exactly how much OT..

Can't recall the specifics..
But it just doesn't seem like there are enough hours in a day to accumulate THAT much OT.
August 13, 2025 at 3:08 AM
That is a very good question.
