The fact that he could maintain holding onto his phone THE ENTIRE TIME is all anyone should need to know. He shouldn't have had it out in the first place, but if he truly felt threatened, there's no way that phone would have stayed in his hand the whole time, while he shot one handed. Ridiculous.

He didn't even drop his phone, he kept it securely in his hand. He shouldn't have had it out in the first place. put he pulled his gun out, fired it one-handed several times, called her a fucking bitch, still had his phone in hand, probably checked his facebook, and left. This was not a normal stop.

Fired at least 2 rounds when he clearly was out of any danger, (the first round is in question but let's be honest, shouldn't be), and his first reaction isn't fear, remorse, not to check on the victim, etc. The reaction is "FUCKING BITCH" and then leaving the scene.That's all we need to know.
