B&NES budget is a missed opportunity to tackle pressing local issues. We are already feeling the strain of cuts to essential services, including adult and child social care, charities, and social enterprises.

In a monumental U-turn, the Liberal Democrat-led Council has scrapped the controversial Camden Road bus gate after a storm of public opposition.

Ahead of the budget next month, we are taking the time to look at B&NES books. Thank you to John Wimperis in the Bath Chronicle for reporting on such an important issue... more and more funding from adult and social care being reduced. This is unacceptable.
