His actions are NOT sustainable & his day is coming... but you may need to jump out of the way, to save yourself the danger bc Elon & him are vengeful. I'd leave quietly & then sing like a bird to the right people when it's time. Make copies & document EVERYTHING

That was Title VII of the civil rights act of 1964, which he literally flushed down the crapper. So it's anyone's guess. My thought would be to save yourself from being a 🎯 & wait to sue when he's finally removed. As someone who was in the environmental field & union. Take the severance & wait.
