It’s actually 690 billion. Tariffs to date somewhere around 200 billion. Impossible to pay these amounts without incurring a substantial amount of additional debt. Another example of “say anything” and the sheep will believe.

I don’t believe the graph can possibly be correct. It hardly shows an increase during the Trump presidency and my experience has been sticker shock every time I do my weekly shop.
