Why on earth do people suggest or even remotely think that scrutiny will not follow Mitch. That “noise“ is gone, as if sports fans bases aren’t all infected with hyperbolic toxicity. Mitch‘s critics still exist, and now he will have new ones in Vegas.

I’m a Canadian living in southern Ontario, and I could tell you at seven years old, seeing a black kid stealing a watermelon as a mascot for a South Carolina restaurant was off putting. But everyone there came there to eat, appetite unaffected with the menu in their hands. So I knew why in the 80’s.
