Banchan art is a bootstrapped co-op and we’ve made it a point to not take outside investment, to make sure that the only ones that ever own the company or any interest in it are the artists and the workers. That means our budget tends to be a bit tight. 4/4

FYI: This position is currently not compensated (none of us working on Banchan Art are currently compensated), but it will very likely be the first one we start spending money on when we have funds to pay people with. 3/4
