This is the typical russian terrorist strategy. The fact that they keep repeating it while we respond only with appeals or silence doesn’t make us any better: it makes us complicit.

I’ve read his book “Ukraine. The Forging of a Nation”: you can feel the heart, passion, and determination to make Ukraine’s story understood by all. It was a wonderful read: deeply engaging and truly illuminating. I strongly recommend it.

When the West finally decides it’s had enough of watching a European nation attacked daily by terrorists depriving them of light and water, it will already be too late. We’ve proven our moral failure long ago.
