The AI output adds more than the original image. I can't get past the lack of structure on those tendrils.

Those had anticholinergic activity (dry mouth, blurred vision, etc), like tricyclic antidepressants. Newer drugs were designed to avoid that receptor. That's where the first S (selective) in SSRI comes from.

This comment is so needed in this thread.

The scientists who built the model should have done some A/B testing on different groups to gauge reliability, especially those marginalized in healthcare. Ideally, they would tune the model if those groups weren't getting accurate results.

Unfortunately, the few EPA staff in DC (that aren't being fired) work mostly for the two program offices that make policy decisions. Those people rely more on what the corps want than the science from ORD (RIP).
They're going to vote for who's best for their pocketbook. Every time.
