And then the designers have to reflect on what they learned about being poor 🙃

OH and the family gets a nice contract of some kind where the landlord isn't allowed to randomly evict them or raise the rent because of the changes 🙄 BUT if the family moves they can still take with them storage options and stuff cuz it belongs to them now

and the family gets set up in a nice hotel nearby while designing going on and gets their rent paid that month

And the designing must be limited to things that can be undone because RENTING

(Which is slowly beginning to be a bigger and more ridiculous number cuz WHY THE RENT SO DAMN HIGH but still nothing like the designers are probably used to spending)

tl;dr: cats are toddlers and like to play games but sometimes they're nice about it I guess

This morning, I walk through my usual routine

BUT

sometime while I was in the bathroom, one (or both?) of the cats LEFT MY PREVIOUSLY MISSING EARBUD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BEDROOM DOORWAY WHERE THEY KNEW I WOULD SEE IT

Then both stand in the hallway & look at me like "What? Find somethin, Mom?"

After they've nibbled a bit of breakfast, the cats like to hang out in the hallway while I get ready; it's one of their favorite spots because they can see into our room, human child's room, AND the bathroom. So they can see all their favorite humans.

Now, when I get up in the morning, I usually go to the bathroom first, step out of the bathroom to find Azzie and Whisp patiently waiting, and then they walk with me to the food bowl because they know it's breakfast time. Then I grab a v8 energy for myself and walk back to my room to take my meds.

I couldn't find the other despite deep cleaning and looking under all the furniture and in the spots kittens like to hide things. Oh well, a hazard of having two kittens I guess.

I discovered my charger on the floor and searched all over. I found one hidden under a throw rug (where Azzie likes to hide things so definitely makes me think she was the mastermind).
