As a server I see people at their worst—hungry, demanding, unsympathetic. Now & then tho, I see the good. Like last night when a man asked to pay someone else’s bill—a couple & 4 special-needs kids. I told them their bill had been paid & they left me this note to give to whoever had done it. 🧡
