I say “hoa”, there are four condos in this building. I think one is owner occupied and the other three (including me) are rentals.

So it’s not some invisible committee. I have no idea why the previous owners didn’t want people to find the place.

Yes, they did this two years ago. When I first moved in, I asked for numbers on the building and the hoa said no. In the meantime, all the nay sayers have sold off and the new owners have been on board with making the building more accessible. So yes, big clear numbers facing the street.

I let my condo owner know that I’m going to put something super obnoxious in the front window.

It’s so frustrating, I tried to contact customer service to see if they could call the driver back to retry that delivery and they kept me on hold and offered me a refund.

Ugggggggh. Apart from putting my name and address on the shipping label, WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO DO.

Today the delivery picture was a completely different color building. The one across the way from me is tan and we often get confused deliveries. And if my stuff doesn’t go across the way, it goes to my next door neighbor. Today’s was somewhere totally random.
