Honestly, the contrast between Charlie and Vox in this song, and the way each one perceives Hell, struck me as simply masterful. That duality is so well done that it grabs you from the very first moment.

Interestingly, the scene where Alastor arrives at the hotel was never shown in the first season. The closest we get to that moment is when Vaggie says to him, “You arrived here a week ago with the intention of helping us.” What really happened? I'll never know.
