The govt has enough resources to institute or gather intelligence and surveillance activities over suspected plunderers. The watchful eye of every filipino will keep on monitoring every development of this ICI initiative.

BTW, the President was only given 1 minute chance to decide before impact. An aegis ballistic missile system could have been launched beforehand to counter a DF21 D if another system fail.
