Clearly this statement is wrong as some commentators already pointed out. And (as usual) Sokrates and especially Cicero discussed already this dilemma extensively! However, responsible is the US and with it those who live in the res publica…You!

Madame President: with all due respect, this comment is appalling! Is this all the EU has to say to this, an illegal act that violates the law of nations and the very core of our values?
