the main defining factor for having hyperfixations would be if you have autism lol
i, autistic, personally hyperfixate on things from everywhere between 6 months to several years, and during those periods the thing occupies like 30% of my thoughts

if you mean like "will it be too easy if i have no party limit", maybe, if you're unsure you can switch to tactician mode to make it harder for you anytime
