To add: is there any link with actions for people who don’t live in NC? I lived there for 12 years but I just moved away last summer, and all the materials being shared are for NC residents.

There are rules about specific kinds of body checks that are or aren’t allowed. Roughly speaking, it’s allowed as long as there’s clear attempts to gain possession of the puck. They’ve actually found it both improves the game and reduces concussions by forcing players to skate with their heads up.

If folks are looking for secure messaging systems that aren’t Meta (and hence have a higher chance of actually being private), I recommend Signal. I’ve started donating monthly to keep them independent. They’re vital right now.
