also, I was wrong - this was actually the VPN service, not the relay server host (all M247 european servers seem to be having this issue with upload)

I don’t think it contradicts u, but it’s interesting that subscribing to a library rather than purchasing content was a music then TV/film ‘innovation’ before it became a really big thing for games
