It’s definitely trump but also the republican party and anyone that voted for them. A few brave republican politicians could put a stop or at least slow things down but they are a bunch of cowards that crave power.

I think the few guardrails still remaining in place are the only thing keeping it from happening. Miller and Trump would gladly lock up anyone that dares to disagree with them.
