Last evening at The Undermain Theater to witness Action by Sam Shepard. Wasn’t sure how I felt about it. In retrospect, it is quite a powerful play, powerfully performed by the four cast members.

RIP Diane Ladd. The one image I recall when I think of her is from Wild At Heart. She is sitting in front of a mirror and begins to cover most of her upper torso with red lipstick. So beautifully twisted, thanks to David Lynch

Spent Saturday with these ladies; my sister and her two daughters. My partner Jim and I joined them at Brad Cemetery in west Texas. Our parents and grandparents, who died a month apart, are buried there. I had not been to the graveside since they passed in 2022. A lovely and peaceful day
