This (less the camera) happened to me like three weeks ago at work. I wasn’t expecting the casual handshake in a work setting and I fumbled it so hard that I ended up turning it into the even more outdated dap & hug. I just recently managed to forget about it…

I agree that he does this often and it doesn’t seem to ever make a difference…but it’s hard to judge his impact as captain. We have no idea what happens in the locker room, during meetings, practices, etc. I guess we’re just nearing the point where we’ve changed coaches and still see the same
