Surely not a thing, but the All Stars moves in the first one were also so unique, would've a been nice opportunity to add it back, the Transformed ones were such a downgrade, and removing it in TSR was kinda lame. I've notice the All-Stars inspo in the items and the Transform mechanic, so maybe...?

I understand and suppose that the more diverse vehicles are not possible due to customization, but bikes as another class, like the gears, would be nice; even if as an update, which I doubt because Sega rarely works with big updates, like that, not even with DLCs.

The odds of CrossWorlds bringing back the bikes are are on the ground, but it's very weird that Shadow's Dark Rider only appearance in a racing game was in the first Sega All Stars Racing. With SXSG, now, they even have a modern 3d model for it. It'd be a missed opportunity.
