Espresso is going to be my winter project. I want to do a cup every day in some form, latte etc., and learn to make good quality stuff at home.

I'm not advocating for permanent daylight saving time, I'm advocating for permanent standard time, just a changing of work hours. Additionally, the article you sent does NOT state that dark mornings are "extremely bad for your health" at all, but it does say the abrupt change in schedule is.
November 4, 2025 at 12:06 PM
How are 9am sunrises bad for your health? Do you have any sources for this? The numbers on the clock are a human construct, the sun rises when it rises regardless of what the clock says or what time we go to work. It seems like bi yearly abrupt change in schedule is actually what affects people.
November 4, 2025 at 11:52 AM
I don't think that working hours should change every winter. It should just be permanent hours. That way we get that extra hour of daylight after work year round, and suffer none of the side effects of changing our sleep schedules like heart attacks and car accidents.

I've never understood why people change the clocks back and forth. If we want an extra daylight hour at the end of the work day, wouldn't it make more sense to set standard working hours from 8-4 instead of 9-5?

I had no idea they had such interesting architecture. I'll have to check it out next time I'm in that area.
