I’m pretty sure in California you have to show your driver’s license before operating a lawn sprinkler.

This one needed some ‘heat’ for my people. Next time adding some crushed red pepper to the sauce and maybe a zip of rice vinegar too (?-it was just missing a little something). Otherwise, quick and easy and scratched the takeout itch.

This made a lot of meatballs! (Cooked and froze half for another meal)
Pretty much stuck to the recipe. I had to keep a close eye on the sauce with the cream in there. Lots of stirring, on low. Having them over some gnocchi with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan.

This looks delicious! Can’t wait to add it to next week’s menu.

This one I doubled thinking it would make great leftovers for lunches.
I used jarred roasted red peppers instead of fresh.
Toppings were sour cream and Fritos.
