No I am not ok with unfair trials. All those examples would be justification for an appeal. It is ridiculous to try and say each of those should have there own appeal if it happened in the same trial

If an innocent person was put to death I would feel bad for them and their family. That doesn't mean that the death penalty is not necessary

The death penalty only costs more because they allow the person 20 years of appeals and bullshit before they are put to death.

There is that possibility? why should we spends millions on putting someone in jail for the rest if their lives when they have committed such terrible crimes

Is the system perfect? No There will never be a perfect system. However, there are people that should be put to death for the protection of society.

I perfectly fine with that we have dysfunctional legal system, and if this country spent less time suing each other over stupid shit we would be able to free up judges to help get that done faster

I agree they shouldn't let people sit on death row for 20 years on the tax payers dine they need to make sure it is carried out within a much shorter time span. Glad you have some sense.
