Subsidies should go to small businesses that are paying their staff a living wage. Not billionaires with enough pocket change to literally end world hunger.

I also think we need to raise taxes on anyone making over $200m a year increasing until it's 99% at the billion mark. If these guys are really patriots then helping Americans financially should be their highest calling. They've already won capitalism.

No. I think tariffs would and do raise prices which is an unfair burden on those of us making the least. I think we need to go back to pre-reagan era corporate tax rates where profit is taxed at 90% if it isn't used to reinvest in the business in the form of raises/brick and mortar construction.

Taxes are a necessity of society. It's your subscription to the social contract. We didn't go to war with England over taxes in general, it was taxation without representation. I'm fine with an income tax, I'm not fine with my tax dollars going to bomb little kids or subsidizing billionaires.
