A lot of pickup drivers with Trump flags may arrive at their local rural hospitals with family members having medical emergencies only to find that they are closed. A defining characteristic of MAGA seems to be that they tend to vote against their own interests.

Higher Compensation for primary and preventative is most needed to fill critical access and shortage. Free med school doesn't necessarily deter students from entering into specialties (although, I agree free med school is a good dream to have)

Semi-related, but I was always taught to educate at ~6th grade level, but with literacy/comprehension decreasing, should we revisit the grade/level at which we educate?
