Honestly it's a fantastic show

I think there's a goofy solution. The original comics were pretty adult and gruesome

So if you take those like 80s designs and directly translate them but also MEAN for them to be kinda scary looking. I've seen a few artists do that and it's always cool , but wouldn't be your Saturday morning tmnt

I think most antro toony characters from comics or cartoons can look honestly surprisingly great in live action (sonic and Rocket are too great examples)

Those turtles tho ... Yeahhhhh, they should stay animated. I don't think there's a reality where they don't just look terrifying

It always has such a fantastic result though. I have seen some of your early pencils on patreon and still you do a great job of finding the best look lines possible. The end result is always so refined
