Uhm that’s what Congress does??? Congress gathers in January after each election year to certify, or NOT certify the election. Considering that trump admitted to having Elon tamper with voting machines in Pennsylvania, congress had everything they needed NOT to certify the vote and demand a recount.

Every democrat who refused to do their part in NOT certifying this election is complicit with what we saw on stage at the inauguration yesterday
