I ran the marathon today, and there were lots and lots of signs that said “You’re running so much better than our government” and lots of promos for the next No Kings Day which was fun. Great weather and great crowds!

My neighborhood in SE Portland is overwhelmingly supportive beav fans who I get to commiserate with when I walk my dog. Sometimes it’s hard to remember good people with good intentions are everywhere, but we are, and we take care of each other! Hope you get some good time offline today. 🦫

I’ve been using this really goofy app called Focus Friend, where a little cartoon bean just wants to knit, but if you’re on your phone you distract it and it can’t knit. It’s soooo silly but I think that helps me use it. 😂 The little bean looks so disappointed when you disrupt it!
