Dark skin, golden-orange eyes, their facial features are similar too, but there is clear distinction between them.
Both have no real scale for "danger" and view everything as a fun challenge chasing thrills, although Thanatos is an optimistic man who sees joy in everything. Aurelio is not.

He signed a pact to escape the cult and got magic top surgery & a husband :P
