Are you seriously suggesting that there are museums out there recreating art and not acknowledging the original artist? Or that AI recreations are part of some educational process? Or that educational coping doesn’t require acknowledgement of the original being copied?

If AI is inspired by other creators to produce entirely original content, there is no issue. The problem is only when the result is not original. The OP’s post is about Nick Clegg admitting that AI cannot efficiently create original content as you seem to believe.

Depends on what you’re using it for. As long as you aren’t making money on it, and the ORIGINAL creator (not AI) is acknowledged, and doesn’t affect the creator’s ability to make money from their work without their explicit permission, then yeah, that’s not theft.

What? Are you being serious? Anytime you present a written work, art, music, or any other intellectual material that was created by someone else, without acknowledging their contribution, is legally considered theft. This isn’t new. Have you never written a book report in elementary school?

Do you post your “practice drawings” online without acknowledging that you’re imitating another artist’s work? If so, obviously yes. That’s theft.

That’s very close to the truth, unfortunately. I looked into it and it is some B.S. accolade given primarily by the Heritage Foundation and ALEC - giving a “report card” to every state and ranking them on very right-wing core values. It’s nothing to brag about at all.

Yet she and 15 other democrats didn’t bother to show up for the vote to release Matt Gaetz investigation report and contributed to losing the vote by 9 votes. At least the ethics committee had to morals to release it anyway. We need people who do more than talk and actually show up to work.

Has anyone explained why she skipped out on the HR 1608 (Matt Gaetz files) vote? We were 10 votes short. Talk is cheap. We need people who show up when it matters.

Maybe referring to the live-attenuated type? Those would be the MMR, rotavirus, smallpox, chickenpox, and yellow fever - according to health and human services. There’s very little risk of getting sick from them so I think the first guy is confused.
