We can remind each other

They say how you enter the New Year is how you will spend the rest of it so...enjoy?

And no, I'm not taking health for granted. I just want to be sick enough so that it would be irresponsible for me to go. Instead, I just have my period which is one of those things I'm just expected to function through.

This week is a bust all around.

So now I need extra glasses, special eye drops, and I have to do eyelid exercises to train my eyes to completely close when I sleep. The point is, I learned a lot about my eyes today.

Oh! And THEN he goes "You sleep with your eyes open". Hahahah, I laugh, not really getting his joke. Not a joke. My eyes are super dry (true) bc apparently I don't close my eyes completely when I sleep. He even knew I sleep on my right (I do) bc my right eye is drier than my left!

When he had me test the lenses for reading I held the piece of reading and the Dr. was like "that's where you hold a book to read? that's far away" and I was like "really? that's where I always hold it" to which he said "That's because your compensating for your eyes." Damn.
