Mind racing so fast
That you must ask Reddit
Does anyone else feel crazy?
You scan for yourself
In the white glow
Between the kearning of letters
The leading of paragraphs

the only REM your eyes know
A wide open back and forth
Until they glaze over

The mind can be a carousel
A twinkling of pretty things
Static horses floating
Round & round
Sometimes
I grow roots there
And the world blurs
I catch the wind
Round & round
‘til the pretty things
Make my stomach turn
‘til imagination
Is rumination
And the merry dies
