Data demonstrates that there is a problem with equity in research funding:
🔸️ ethnic minority applicants are less likely to be successful
🔸️ female applicants are more likely to be successful when there is a female on the review panel but otherwise less likely to be successful
In a first for any research council we know of, EPSRC shared their data with us and the Alan Turing Institute to delve into what it shows about equity and diversity in application processes.

Upfront geri assessment in NHL #ASH24
- poor correlation between CGA and clinician-assessed ECOG/CARG (not surprising)
- frail = most non-heme AEs (infx, cardiac tox)
- fit/prefrail good OS; frail very poor OS
We need to stop relying on ECOG for dose/tx optimization. #lymsm

Dreyling: longer FU of Triangle (55mo)
- Signif OS benefit of Ibr containing arms
- FFS: ASCT+ibr superior to ASCT
- FFS: Ibr looks superior to ASCT
- ASCT maybe important for high Ki67 / blastoid / p53 abn
- ASCT comes at a tox cost
With an OS survival, imperative BTKi comes to 1L
