33, my toxic trait is I buy too many video games when I’ve got a backlog to finish off. Also a sucker for dogs, animals and sports.

Me:

“What about the fact that Trump was found guilty in a civil court for sexual abuse…was that not enough for you to withdraw your support?”

Now listen to the response from Andrea Jenkyns of the Reform Party…

Damn. #ReturnToSilentHill really was as awful as everyone said.

The “SHES CANADIAN” line in the latest #fallout episode killed me far more than it should have. The utter horror of it all for them 😂

I was dubious when it was first announced but got to say after two seasons, I’m really into this new champions league format. This final night drama is something else. A GK scoring to send Jose’s Benfica through is just something else. Also very happy Bodo/Glimt got through. Some big teams out!

Really happy #iswear is getting some love at the #BAFTA2026 nominations, said at the time it should get some more credit with the Baftas. Absolutely beautiful film. Deserved a lot more acclaim than it got.

Okay, so, just so it’s clear to us outside the USA:

“Right to bear arms for protection, in case of a tyrannical government” ✅
“Right to film government-paid ICE agents terrorising your neighbours, with your phone, while having a licensed gun on your person but not actively using it” ❌

And if you think a government that remotely supports Trumps and his ideals won’t push things as far as they can? I hate to break it to you, but you’ve been watching the wrong fucking movie. We are heading past the point of no return if we aren’t already past it. Utterly terrifying.
January 24, 2026 at 8:01 PM
It absolutely astounds me that people will openly defend Trump and a government that executes (make no bones about it, what happened today was an execution.) its own citizen. Fuck ICE, fuck that government, fuck Trump and fuck anyone who openly defends it. Silence is not an option anymore.

One of the more personal reviews I’ve done on #letterboxd if people would like a read, very beautiful heart warming movie.
A ★★★★ review of Rental Family (2025)
I found this really beautifully made and acted, I’ve learnt over time that time that some films really resonate with you more at certain points in life than others and I think this definitely might fa...

AI is bad, for everyone, and it isn't even good at its job. At least when my car pollutes the air it's reliably getting me to Tesco.
For the love of god, can we get off this train before it clatters up the platform straight into a Pret?

Aw man, #rentalfamily was a really beautifully made film. Really enjoyed that. We need to protect Brendan Fraser at all costs.

Chase Infiniti not getting nominated is kinda mad, that’s a snub and a half. But was a tough category this year. Wicked getting NO nominations is also insane. Didn’t expect many as it’s not as strong as the first but none at all? Insane. #Oscars2026

100% here for Sinners having the most Oscar nominations, absolutely brilliant film. Can’t have many complaints with Oscar nominations this year! F1 being nominated for best picture did catch me out mind, enjoyed it a lot, but best picture?! 😅

Yes Double Exposure had its faults but I’m never going to say no to some more Life Is Strange, i literally adore this game series and Max and Chloe’s story. Also kind of happy it’s sounding a finale type game. Hope they can stick the landing. So so much.

#andor (especially season 2 and Ghorman) just slaps that bit harder with everything going on in the world at the moment. Utterly fantastic television.

Trump is genuinely just a giant man child. Give me what I want or I’ll do this to you or that to them? Nah f**k off man. That idiot I’d single handily dragging the world to utter chaos. Governments need to have a back bone and say enough is enough. Cut America off.

Another absolutely fantastic entry into this series. Filmmaking at its greatest.
A ★★★★½ review of 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple (2026)

#hamnet might go down as one of the most hauntingly beautiful pieces of art I’ve watched in a long time. Jessie Buckley as well, just wow. That’s some next level acting. Phenomenal.

FA Cup Third Round weekend (no matter how much they try to ruin it) will always be one of the best sporting weekends of the year. Just delivers every single time.

Finally watched #Nuremberg now it’s on Sky, fascinating movie, hits home far too much with how easily we can let evil rise in the world, we never learn from our history.

I’m a sucker for The Bear and slightly biased but catching up on S4 and the Wedding episode is fantastic. This show just does big ensemble episodes like this so well. Best thing we’ve had TV wise for a good while.
